03 / QUESTIONS
The details
matter.
Is the Beosound A5 included?+
It is a reference model, not a promised device. We would confirm the exact model and finish with you before any membership begins.
Is outdoor use covered?+
The category is designed with portable, including outdoor, listening in mind. The final usage and care terms are still being developed.
How do upgrades work?+
We intend to track the category and offer a swap when a meaningful improvement is available. We would collect the previous speaker as part of that exchange.
Can I start today?+
Not yet. We are testing interest in the founding membership. You can select a plan and leave your email to hear when it is available. No payment or commitment is taken now.
