PRIVACY / EARLY ACCESS

Your interest,
handled carefully.

LIVE AVANT-GARDE is testing interest in a proposed technology membership. We record page views and Start membership clicks, including the page or category, indicative price, and campaign parameters in the URL (such as Instagram ad tags). These measurements help us understand which offers draw interest; page views do not identify unique visitors. Campaign tags are retained during your visit so a later click or inquiry can be attributed to the same campaign.

If you submit the access form, we collect the name, email address, city, membership category, and any note you provide. We use this information to assess demand, plan availability, and contact you about the membership you selected. Submitting the form does not start a membership or charge you. We do not sell your contact details.

We use AWS hosting and database services to operate the site. Product-reference images load from Devialet and Bang & Olufsen image servers, and fonts load from Google; those providers may receive ordinary connection data, such as your IP address, when their assets load. Visit, click, and signup records are set to expire after one year, and we will remove your details sooner on request. For a privacy request, reply to any message we send you or use the access form and state your request in the message field.

These terms may change as the service develops. This notice was last updated October 2026.
